Chill-out (Gentle/Restorative). Escape for an hour as you practice restorative yoga poses that encourage healing and improved flexibility. Poses are held longer (Yin) and the use of props is encouraged. Just your body, your breath and a smile. Holy Yoga, or Agape Yoga (Donation-based class, All Levels) Free to the community; donation-based. Half of the proceeds will go to the Marjaree Mason Center. God's word meets yoga! Scripture inspired poses will bring you a new perspective to yoga and biblical truths. We will be practicing poses to cultivate the "Fruits of the Spirit" (Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfullness, gentleness and self-control) to live a more gracious life. Kendra (Yogini Yana, meaning "God is Gracious") takes you on a humbling, holy yoga journey. |
