No experience necessary, learn alignment principles, strengthen back muscles, enhance balance, increase leg strength, therapy for the spine, mental empowerment, cleansing, chakra openeing, and spine lengthening!! Pre-registration strongly suggested!

Answer: Yes we are! Studio opens 10 min before class. The phone automatically goes to voice mail. So it will never be answered. You can leave your questions on voice mail or email, email is typically answered faster, just be sure to leave your email address.
